We are based in Conroe, so short notice is genuinely possible, a forgotten pane is a quick fix rather than a rescheduled trip, and you are not paying for somebody to drive up from inside the Loop.
Conroe has 1980s and 90s brick two-storeys a few streets from builds finished last year. Older homes tend to have divided panes and painted wood trim that needs a careful hand. Newer ones have bigger single panes that show every streak. Both are priced the same way, by the window.
Irrigation water in this area carries a lot of dissolved mineral, and the heads on most lots throw it straight at the bottom third of the glass every cycle. Angling them away from the house is free and does more for your windows than anything we sell.
