Everything goes through a three-stage reverse-osmosis filter on the truck before it reaches the glass — sediment, carbon, membrane. What lands on your window has nothing dissolved in it to dry into a spot. On a well-water property that is the whole difference.
Acreage lots mean we can get the truck close and reach the whole elevation without dragging hose across a neighbour’s drive. Bigger homes out here often have more glass than the square footage suggests, so the estimator asks for size and we price by the window.

Priced by the window, not by the hour, so you know what you are paying for before anyone comes out. Interior and exterior, or exterior only. Glass, frames, sills and tracks come as standard — a window is not clean if the frame around it is not.
There is a $149 minimum, which is the smallest job we can send a truck out for. Everything else is on screen in about a minute.
