A house on Lake Conroe is usually designed around the water — big rear elevations, sliders, and upper-floor glass angled at the lake. That is the glass that makes the house, and the glass that shows every spot.
Wind off open water lands mineral and grit on the lakeside elevation faster than on the street side. Most waterfront homes here need the back done more often than the front, and there is no rule that says you have to do both on the same schedule.
