The Woodlands, Texas
Master-planned, heavily wooded, and built around tall windows that look straight out into the trees. That is a beautiful thing to own and an awkward thing to clean.
The Woodlands was built into a working pine forest, and the villages kept as much canopy as they could. Pine pollen in spring, needle litter and sap all year, and shade that keeps glass damp long enough for film to settle. Homes here get dirty in a way an open-lot subdivision does not.
A lot of these homes were designed around a tall entry window or a wall of glass facing the greenbelt. From the ground, with a water-fed pole, that is routine work and no ladder touches your landscaping. It is also the glass most people give up on cleaning themselves.
Village associations here keep a standard, and most homeowners want the outside of the house to match it. We work off the ground, keep hoses off the beds, and leave nothing behind on the driveway.
We cover the whole Greater Houston area. These are the parts of The Woodlands we are in most often.
Priced by the window, not by the hour, so you know what you are paying for before anyone comes out. Interior and exterior, or exterior only. Glass, frames, sills and tracks come as standard — a window is not clean if the frame around it is not.
There is a $149 minimum, which is the smallest job we can send a truck out for. Everything else is on screen in about a minute.
Both services run here. Pricing and what is included are the same across the whole Greater Houston area.
